School of Prayer

Upcoming School: School of Prayer

July 2019 / Muizenberg, Cape Town, South Africa

Do you have a desire to encounter God? Do you have a hunger for His presence? Do you want to learn more about prayer, the prophetic, being lead by His Spirit? Then this is the school for you!

The School of Prayer is two fold in the sense that it will serve as an opportunity for you to go deeper with God in His presence and will also stir you to step out in boldness to see His Kingdom established here on earth as it is in heaven.

The aim of the school is to gather, equip, and release missionaries to stir up and start cultures of prayer and worship in the nations.

What can you expect?

We will explore topics such as:

  • The global prayer movement and how it is connected to the return of Jesus.
  • We will teach on ways on how to live a lifestyle of prayer, worship and the prophetic.
  • We will establish your leadership in these areas and how to lead and facilitate corporate meetings.
  • We will explore different models on how to establish a house of Prayer as well as how to cultivate a culture of prayer and worship
The School will consist of an 11 week Lecture Phase which will be hosted on the YWAM Muizenberg Campus. Afterwards, we will have an optional 6 week Outreach Phase. The Outreach Phase will focus on strengthening prayer houses in hard to reach areas or cities. The locations are not yet confirmed but should be made known around week 2 of Lecture Phase.

The School of Prayer is part of a joint venture with the Engage & Embrace community & The YWAM Muizenberg Prayer Room community.
