Since our co-founder Loren Cunningham went to be with Jesus on October 6, 2023, we have spent exciting times celebrating his life and the transformative impact he had in laying the foundation for this incredible mission. Now, his wife, Darlene Cunningham, invites us to embark on a unique journey around the world to revisit the stories and moments that shaped our mission.
The Cunningham Legacy Tour is not only an opportunity to learn about our past, but also a chance to reflect on our values, beliefs and vision for the future. It’s a time to connect as a YWAM family, strengthening the bonds that have kept us together for so long.

Darlene Cunningham recognized a distinct calling from God early in her life. This calling became clearer when she met Loren Cunningham, a young man and visionary whom she married in 1963. Since then, she has become the co-founder of Youth With a Mission (YWAM), a global missions movement reaching the nations with the gospel.
Darlene is also the International Vice-Chancellor of the University of the Nations (UofN) a global ministry of YWAM that provides more than 600 courses and seminars held at more than 800 locations in 163 countries.
Darlene is passionate about nurturing leadership potential in young people, leading numerous YWAM Leadership Training Schools and events worldwide, especially in the Global South to make leadership training accessible for all.
